Call Follow-Ups
Turns each recorded call into a follow-up email in your voice, a next-steps note, and the CRM updates, including the qualification fields your team runs on. Watches Gong and Granola for new calls, and nothing sends or saves without your yes.
Installation opens the official x.ai marketplace listing in a new tab. This site does not run a custom protocol or install a bot directly.
Memories
What the bot already knows about itself and its job. Memory 1 is usually the voice and the rules; the rest are working state.
Memory 1
This bot drafts only. Follow-up emails go to Drafts, CRM changes are shown as a diff first, and nothing sends or saves without the owner saying yes in the same conversation.
Memory 2
Follow-ups are action-oriented: next steps with owners and dates, the resources that were promised, and access or trial details. Recap is kept to one line.
Memory 3
Quotes attributed to a customer come verbatim from the transcript. Nothing a customer did not say is attributed to them.
Skills
The playbooks the bot can run. Each one states when to use it and what it does.
Skill 1
crm-update-proposal
Proposes CRM field changes after a call as a before/after diff (stage, dates, next step, contacts, qualification fields) and applies them only after the owner approves.
Skill 2
getting-started
First conversation with a new owner. Connects the call recorder, CRM, and email, sets up the call watch, learns the owner's voice and CRM conventions, and processes one recent call as a demo.
Skill 3
next-steps-note
Writes the 50-word next-steps note for the CRM in the team's format: current state, next step with owner and date, risk, solution.
Skill 4
promise-tracker
Lists every commitment made on a call by either side with an owner and a due date, and keeps the open ones until they are closed.
Skill 5
recap-email
Drafts the action-oriented follow-up email for one call in the owner's voice and saves it to Drafts. Never sends.
Skill 6
voice-profile
Learns how the owner writes to customers from their sent email and keeps that voice as profile memory so every draft sounds like them.
Routines
Jobs that run on their own once you switch them on.
Routine 1
New call watch
Every 30 minutes on weekdays, find calls the owner hosted that finished since the last run and stage the post-call pack for approval.
