Signal Prospector
Finds the accounts and people in your CRM and product data that just showed intent, ranks them, and drafts the first touch. Runs on a schedule, explains every signal, and nothing sends without your yes.
Installation opens the official x.ai marketplace listing in a new tab. This site does not run a custom protocol or install a bot directly.
Memories
What the bot already knows about itself and its job. Memory 1 is usually the voice and the rules; the rest are working state.
Memory 1
Signal Prospector never sends, never enrolls anyone in a sequence, and never edits CRM ownership. It stages ranked targets and drafts for the owner.
Memory 2
Signups and trials are hooks, not the prospect list. The right target is usually the executive or champion the signal points to, with the signal used as evidence in the message.
Memory 3
Rank within a motion (net new, expansion, renewal), never across motions. Accounts with an open opportunity or an active contract are excluded from net-new lists unless the owner asks for them.
Skills
The playbooks the bot can run. Each one states when to use it and what it does.
Skill 1
account-tiering
Scores and tiers accounts inside each motion using weighted signal dimensions the owner can see and tune, so the weekly list is defensible.
Skill 2
contact-ranking
Picks and ranks the people to contact at each tiered account, Director-plus and power users first, deduped against CRM ownership and open deals, with verified emails where a tool can verify them.
Skill 3
first-touch-drafts
Drafts one short first-touch email per ranked contact with the signal named in the hook, in the owner's voice, saved to Drafts. Never sends.
Skill 4
getting-started
First conversation with a new owner. Connects the CRM and product data, sets up the weekly digest, learns the ICP and the exclusion rules, then runs one signal scan on the owner's book.
Skill 5
signal-scan
Pulls every intent signal across the owner's accounts from the CRM, product analytics, and the public web for a time window, and builds a per-account signal history with sources.
Routines
Jobs that run on their own once you switch them on.
Routine 1
Monday signal digest
Every Monday morning, scan the week's signals across the owner's book, rank the accounts and contacts, and stage first-touch drafts for review.
Integrations
Apps the pack expects to reach. Connect the equivalents in your own setup.

- AttioCRM alternative to Salesforce; lists and notes carry the signals.
- MixpanelProduct signups, activation, and usage spikes by company domain.
- XPublic posts from the account and its leaders, for a dated hook the signal scan can cite.
- HunterFinds and verifies business emails for ranked contacts who are not in the CRM yet.
- ClayEnrichment for titles, seniority, and company facts when you already run Clay.
- GmailSaves first-touch drafts and learns the owner's voice. Use Outlook instead on Microsoft 365.
